Caveman Games is a unique take on action and sports games for the Nintendo Entertainments System (NES). This game offers familiar sports, such as pole vaulting and shot put, but gives them a pre-historic spin! Instead of vaulting over a bar, Caveman Games has athletes vaulting over a flesh-eating dinosaur! Instead of throwing shot puts, cavemen through their mates! Throw her far and she will do a victory dance! Mess it up, and she will yell at you. Another event is fire lighting: be the first of two competitors to successfully light a fire! Knock your opponent out temporarily to buy yourself more time. Other events included clubbing, dinosaur races, and running from a hungry saber-toothed lion! Players can choose from several different cavemen with which to complete, each with a humorous caveman-inspired name.
