Domestic Returns Everything on our site comes with a 60 day guarantee. We have optional 2 year warranties available. Within the standard 60 day time period you may return an item for an exchange or for store credit. Any request for a refund will be subject to a 15% restocking fee on the total of the item being returned. If an item is malfunctioning or broken we will send a pre-paid return label, however if you are returning an item for any other reason we ask that you send the item back to us at your own cost. International Returns Please note that all the items on our website are North American NTSC format. We will not accept any returns for items not working due to Region locking.
